Tiannan Zhou

Tiannan Zhou (Br ‘18) is a Psychology major from Nashville, TN. As a fellow, she is passionate about improving quality of care at all levels of health facilities. Having investigated delays in health care delivery at hospitals in China and Uganda, Tianna would like to study the impact of health care policy and management on patient care, especially for chronic diseases. While at Yale, she works on neuro-regeneration in the neurology department at the School of Medicine and is a certified EMT, part of a team that provides standby emergency coverage to campus events and teaches practical EMT skills to fellow students. Tianna enjoys hiking and reading, and is an editor at Accent, Yale’s multilingual literary magazine.
