Stephanie Wagner (JE ’13) hails from Hinsdale, IL majoring in Global Affairs. She began studying Arabic her freshman year at Yale and has a deep interest in health interventions and systems in the Middle East. After studying in Jordan this past summer, she is trying to put her Arabic skills to use by working with the Yale Refugee Project to tutor refugee families in New Haven. Additionally, Stephanie is a captain of the Yale Club Nordic Ski team and generally loves being outside.-especially in the snow! This also includes leading freshmen outdoor orientation trips in the fall! Besides staying busy at Yale, Stephanie enjoys keeping up with bad reality TV shows, playing jazz piano, and laughing with her roommates. Stephanie looks forward to collaborating with the other Global Health fellows and is grateful and excited to be a part of the Global Health community at Yale.
